23 years old. Living and loving in Ohio. Working towards a new fit me! I've tried about a million times to lose weight...what's a million and one?

I started seeing results…when I just shut up, and did the 5 simple things to get fit. 1) eat clean 2) cardio 3) strength train 4) drink a lot of water 5) getting my sleep in.
Stop worrying about quick fixes. It’s a lifestyle change people. Or you can just pay thousands of dollars to get liposuction. That’s cool too.
Just remember, “Anything that’s worth getting, never comes easy.”
