6 weeks difference! A lot can be done in only 6 weeks!
I feel really happy now comparing these two pictures =)
IMPORTANT: I haven’t weighed myself for over 4 weeks now. This contributed a LOT to my effort because there is no evil number taking me off track. PLUS I started treating myself more often - equals: no binging and no worrying all the time!
Conclusion: not weighing yourself, eating everything in moderation without being obsessed with food and exercising moderately lead to an overall improvement of everything.
It is good for your body, sould and your whole life.
But be careful:overall happyness is also a side effect ;)
